New Clients
All new color clients are required to schedule a color consultation before booking their color appointment. Because I value your time and mine I use this appointment to fully assess your hair, your goals and come up with a plan to fit not only your schedule but your budget as well.
Gender Neutral Pricing
I believe anyone can have any color. length, shape and style they want. I offer gender-neutralpricing. If you want short hair you pay for a short cut. If you want long hair you pay for a long cut. This is not just for my LGBTQ+ clients but for everyone. I want to give all of my clients a unique experience tailored to them rather than being put into the “men’s cut/woman’s cut” box.
Cancellations
While I do understand emergencies happen, we do require a 24-hours notice for penalty free cancellation of appointments. Clients can cancel their appointments by using their app or by emailing us at inkanddyemilan@gmail.com
Clients cancelling appointments with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a late cancellation fee, which is 50% of the scheduled appointments menu price.
Late Arrivals
Because every appointment is booked with you and your hair goals in mind, we ask that clients call or text if they will be late arriving for their scheduled appointment. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, the client will be considered a “no show” and will be charged a “no show” fee.
Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.
No Shows
If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment, they will be subject to pay the full amount of the base menu price. Clients who No Show more than one occasion must pre-pay in full, for any services that they would like to schedule.
